The question to be asked from this self-styled leader, ex tinpot dictator is how come he failed to implement this innovative idea when he ,himself ruled under Martial Law and his first Interior minister, himself a general, declared as his goal to be completed first in six months and later extended to one year,thereafter just forgetting about it .Musharaf made fool of his patron ,Bush for full nine years and is kidding himself now when he knows that Obama is not a goof like Bush to be carried away by fantasy driven ideas of ex-tin- pots like Musharaf.
